Don't miss the opportunity to benifit from the prestige and publicity of the Beer Competiton. Our 2007 competition was a great success under the guidance of Paul Dickey and his distinquished panel of judges. This year, the competition will be a sanctioned event with the Beer Judge Certification Program. The panel of judges will be comprised of BJCP judges, brewers and others recognized in the industry. The various classes and their descriptions are attached.
NEW FOR THIS YEAR!
This year we will be elevating the Competition to a whole new level by providing the beer competition winners with medals as well as plaques that can be displayed at the show and at your retail location post-show. These plaques will state the name of the beer and the award given. Also this year as part of or pre-show promotions we will be featuring the beer competition in the Toronto Wine Guide which will include professionally written editorial and pictures of the competition. The Toronto Wine Guide is distributed to 100,000 homes in the GTA as well it will be handed to customers attending the show.
PLEASE NOTE:
- The Competition is limited to only those beers which will be available for tasting at the Toronto Wine & Cheese Show.
- All entries must be clearly marked with the class into which they have been entered, for ready identification on the form provided. Please use the ELECTRONIC version of our SUBMISSION FORM available below. This will eliminate any compilation errors and at the same time give you a permanent reference copy.
- There is a fee of $25 per entry (not per bottle). This entry fee and a copy of your submission form must accompany the beers when they are submitted. Cheques should be made out to Premier Consumer Shows.
- Six (6) bottles of each entry are to be submitted.
